Anyone can purchase a laser online. The problem begins when one needs to have their laser repaired. Crating the machine up and shipping back overseas is not an option due to large shipping expenses (both ways), down time and lost revenue. The Lazer Guys maintains an inventory of parts so we can get your machine up and running in no time. We also offer a “rental” program so you can continue to work while your machine is being repaired.
Training
This is probably the most important. Safety and machine operation training is key to a successful experience with lasers. When we deliver your laser, our experienced technicians will train your designated personnel on safety procedures to ensure no damage or accidental injuries.
Operating a laser machine is not a simple plug and play procedure. There are thousands of possible parameters that need to be input into the machine to get the results the technician desires. For example: rust removal from steel has different input parameters than paint removal from aluminum. This is the hardest and most difficult part to learn for new laser machine operators. But don’t worry, The Lazer Guys spent months figuring out the best parameters for the task at hand. We will train your technician on how to do this plus leave them with an extensive list “cheat sheet” to refer to as needed. Plus we offer a lifetime of continued assistance.
